DH wanted to give this eleven stars. He raved after each bite. I liked it very well, but I'm not the fan of tradiional eggs benedict that DH is, so I'll defer to him. DS cleaned his plate & gave it two thumbs up also. I added a handful of muchrooms to the bruscetta mixture and used provolone cheese becasue that's what I had. Other than that, and I make ugly poached eggs (!), I made as posted. I'll keep this one on file for the times when eggs are on sale. Thanks!
