Loved it! I think you could increase the amount of broccoli by a 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup and still get away with the same amount of pine nuts and garlic. I left my spears whole and peeled and chopped the stalks.....took a bit longer to cook, but it was delicious! Thanks for sharing!!

  1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add the oil, broccoli and garlic. Cook until the broccoli is tender crisp and beginning to brown (about 4 minutes), stirring occasionally. Stir in the pine nuts. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
