A great stuffed burger that is extremely juicy and flavorful. I won the best burger contest at a Market District store in Pittsburgh Pa with this recipe

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Mix brisket with crushed red pepper.
  2. Flatten half of brisket and flatten to 5-inch round.
  3. Place soprasetta on brisket and top with mozzarella, provolone and mortadella.
  4. Flatten the other half of the brisket to 4-1/2 inch round and place on top of the Italian meats.
  5. Fold extra meat of bottom brisket over top of upper brisket and seal.
  6. Dice sweet gherkins, roasted red peppers and Roma tomatoes and combine to make relish.
  7. Dice chives, whisk egg yolks and slowly add olive oil to form aioli. When medium peaks begin to form, add salt and pepper, chives and roasted garlic.
  8. Toast foccacia and cook to desired doneness.
