Directions

  1. Heat the dressing in a skillet.
  2. Cut the chicken in bite-size pieces and place in skilett.
  3. Cook for three-five minutes.
  4. Add tomatoes, chicken broth and seasoning.
  5. Boil for five minutes.
  6. Add uncooked noodles and carrots, reduce heat and simmer for eight minutes.
  7. Serve with parmesan cheese.

My Boyfriend and I LOVED this recipe!!! It was an extra cold day, and this stew was exactly what we needed. I did add a splash or two of merlot with the noodles and carrots , tasted great!!!
