  • In greased cassarole arrange half the potatoes, onions, mozzerella and parmesean cheese.
  • Repeat the layers.
  • In a small bowl, combine soup, milk, seasoning and garlic.
  • Pour over the layered potatoes and cheese.
  • Cover and bake at 400 F or 200 C for 1 hour.
  • Uncover and bake 10 more minutes or until potatoes are tender.

I love cooking but its even more fun when you have someone to enjoy it with. Its hard when my boyfriend works 2 jobs and I work in the evenings making our eating schedules totally opposite. So to think of something that I'd enjoy at the time, and he would enjoy as a left over, can sometimes be challenging... but thanks to the great chefs of the world you have inspired me!!!
