Quick and tasty soup for a cool night.
- 2 (10 ounce) boxes frozen Italian-style vegetables with pasta
- 2 (14 ounce) cans beef broth
- 1 lb cooked Italian sausage, cubed
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- In large saucepan, place vegetables and broth; bring to boil over high heat.
- Reduce heat to medium, cover and simmer 7 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Stir in the cooked sausage and tomato sauce; cook until heated through.
