• 1 white onion, chopped
• 1 lb Italian sausage
• 1 (20 ounce) bag Simply Potatoes
• 4 tablespoons olive oil

directions

1. In a large deep frying pan cook sliced sausage in olive oil.Add potatoes and onion cook until done.
