  1. I have made variations of this recipe in the past. The oven heating directions and the addition of parmesan cheese caught my interest. I followed the directions to the tee, with the following additions: added 1/2 a red onion (sliced) and drizzled olive oil (about 4 TBS) over the potatoes and onions. Yum. I will make this again.

  2. Smoking good taste!! Easy to make!!

  3. Delicious! My husband told me I could make this dish anytime I wanted; he really enjoyed it. I improvised in my prep though just to see if it would work and it did. Instead of using the oven I put some olive oil in a deep fry-pan and then added the potatoes. Seasoned them as suggested only I use garlic-pepper in place of pepper. I also use garlic powder too. I fried the potatoes a bit, turned them, seasoned them again and then placed the sausages along side the potatoes. Covered the pan and reduced the heat. I turned the sausage a few times while cooking and served the dish about an hour later. I omitted the cheese as he's not a parmesan cheese lover. Fantastic! Thanks so much for this very tasty and easy dish.

  4. I hate to give a bad review but I found this to be very dry and salty. Seems it should have been covered while cooking or some kind of oil/liquid added. <br/>I followed directions exactly but halved the reciipe. May have done something wrong but I really don''t think so. Sorry.....

  5. How yummy is this dish! I sliced three cloves of garlic instead of powder. It cames out excellent... sort of like a breakfast skillet type dish. Easy, delicious and only 400 calories for dinner. A keeper.
