  1. This was very tasty. Kids and husband all liked it which makes it a must have. I also used 1/4 cup of white wine since 1/4 tsp didn't seem to provide enough liquid. Next time I think I will add a little more sausage as my family ate all the sausage quickly. Thanks for a great recipe!

  2. Excellent Recipe - reminded me of German Potato Salad. I used onions instead of peppers. Also added more balsamic vinegar after cooking completed. Wonderful dish - my husband and I both loved it!

  3. I imagine you meant 1/4 "cup" white wine rather than 1/4 "teaspoon" so that is what I used. I also doubled it ('cuz it says it serves 4 and I serve 2 adults and 4 teens dinner every night). I ended up with enough for 2 meals! It was a tasty combination of flavors and the smell nearly drove my family wild and brought them all from the far reaches of the house for dinner without me having to call them! Thanks for sharing!

  4. Very disappointed in this recipe. Everything burned in the amount of time it said to cook everything. Rosemary and garlic should be added after the water and potatoes during last minute of cooking due to rosemary and garlic burning. The chicken was very dry as also overcooked. No sauce left after it was done and the potatoes were so overcooked that they were mushy. Recipe needs many tweaks. Surprised no one else had issues.

  5. I increased the sausage, balsamic and wine. Very tasty dish. I will make it again.
