Yet again another carnival favorite! Sausage and tomato sauce--you just can't beat that!

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Fry, boil or grill your sausage.
  2. Sauté onion and bell pepper with a dash of pepper flakes.
  3. ASSEMBLY----------.
  4. Place sausage on bun.
  5. Place sauté mixture on top.
  6. Place warm sauce on top. (warm for twenty seconds in microwave).
  7. Enjoy!

This is an oldie, but a goodie. I sometimes add mozz cheese on top. Oh, and we prefer ours grilled.
