This dressing is delicious. Very easy to make, and even better the next day after the flavors have a chance to blend. I did add a little bit more parmesan cheese, and salt, and it was perfect. Forget bottled dressings. This one is it for us. Thanks
All I did was add extra parmesan cheese and enjoyed this dressing over a green salad.

Bev, this is delicious! I made a double recipe and wouldn't change a thing. I made a huge amount of pasta salad (my husband's dad's recipe). I used 2 bottles of Italian dressing and discovered I was a bottle short and we were snowed in (370 foot+ driveway + 18 inches of snow). Daughter ate a huge container of it (in over a week plus), and commmented that it was especially good. When we got shoveled out I sent a good amount to his brother's family because I had made too much and didn't want it to go to waste. His SIL called and told us if we had anymore that we weren't going to eat to send it out, which we did, which the kids opened their frig and saw it and it slowly vanished before our eyes...lol. This is a great-tasting Italian dressing, very inexpensive & easy to make, keeps well, and is even better than the bottled dressing. Thanks for sharing.
I was looking for a really fresh salad dressing and this is it. It is absolutely wonderful. I use olive oil and add 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning. My whole family loves it. No more bottled dressing for us. Thanks for sharing this recipe Bev.
Great dressing, Bev! It's better than any storebought dressing, according to DH who loves Italian, and I can't get over how easy it is to throw together! I used olive oil, extra pepper and extra garlic. Also used a shredded soy parmesan cheese. Delicious! Thanks for sharing.
OMG, this Italian is great! Oh so easy to put together and the taste is just right! Used it on Princessbuttercup's "Picnic Green Bean Salad" (#29997), and boy, it really dolled it up! Thanks for sharing a nifty recipe, Bev. Laudee C.

Lovely and very simple dressing to make. Suggest leaving in fridge for a couple days to let flavors blend as this was incredibly better after that. Enjoyed the day made but enjoyed and took it to a different level after a couple days. Thanks for posting!!!
