      My family and I enjoyed this. I made it for breakfast this past weekend. Had a very hearty and robust flavor that suited our tastes. I took the leftovers to work today for my lunch. Caused quite a stir at the office. The wonderful smell attracted my co-workers attention. I let them have a sample and they were frothing at the mouth. Thank you for posting this recipe.

      I had a hankerin' for something different. This was the answer. Very delicious strata. The Italian sausage, Italian seasonings, and pumpkin flavors all mingled very well. We had this for supper but would make a great brunch dish also. Thanks Nurse Di.

      My family and I loved this strata recipe. The onion, peppers, and different seasonings gave it a very savory taste which we enjoyed. We had ours for dinner, too. Very hearty, well seasoned, and easy to make. Thanks.
