Rathen than the water, I used a thin vegetable broth, but otherwise followed the recipe & these potatoes turned out most satisfying! Another time I'd like to try this recipe with small new potatoes, but that's no big change, either! Thanks for sharing the recipe! [Made & reviewed in New Kids on the Block tag]

  1. cut potatoes into pieces and place in pyrex container.
  2. mix rest of ingredients and pour over potatoes.
  3. bake at 359 until potatoes are tender (about 40 min). Mix a couple of times for even cooking.
