This has a wonderful flavor and is a nice change from plain old peas.

Certainly a nice easy way to cook peas. Will make again that's for sure :)

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (15 ounce) can peas, undrained, the tiny party type
  • 14 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil


  1. Mix all except oil and put into shallow baking dish.
  2. Pour in vegetable oil, do not stir.
  3. Bake at 400 for 1 hour, uncovered.
