I was looking for something that I could make quickly as I get home late from work. It also needed to be lower in fat as my Dh needs to watch his fat and cholesterol. I came up with this recipe with what I had on hand at home. Everybody thought is was great!

  1. If meat is in casing remove.
  2. Add garilc powder, basil and oregano.
  3. Shape meat into 4 patties whatever shape your buns are.
  4. Spray skillet with nonstick spray and place meat into skillet over med high heat.
  5. Cook 20 mins or until done.
  6. Spoon tomato sauce over patties and sprinkle on mozzarella Cover and let cook another 1 minute Place on buns and enjoy.

This was so good and easy! The only thing I did different was I used pasta sauce instead of tomato sauce. I will definitely be making this again :)

My family loved this very easy and quick dinner. I toasted the buns in the oven with garlic butter. This recipe is delicious-all four of my kids asked if I would make it again-all four agreeing-who would have though?
