This was pretty good, I had it "pure", but I think it would go well with some rice. I recommend to cook it on very low though, otherwise you may burn the zucchini.

  1. Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt.
  2. Combine flour, salt, pepper, cheese, and paprika.
  3. Coat chicken pieces with mixture.
  4. Place zucchini in bottom of pot.
  5. Pour stock over zucchini.
  6. Arrange chicken on top.
  7. Cover and cook on medium for 1 hour or until tender.
  8. Turn control to high, add mushrooms, cover, and cook on high for another 15 minutes.
  9. Garnish with freshly ground black pepper and parsley.
