Just using what I had in the kitchen.
- 16 ounces mezzetta's italian mix giardiniera, drained
- 14 ounces artichoke hearts, quartered (I used Reeses)
- 2 large tomatoes, seeded and diced
- Chop large pieces of giardiniera if needed. Combine all ingredients and chill until ready for use.
- Chill time is cook time.
Yummy salad. I love all of the ingredients and had this on the table in less than 5 minutes. I added some cubed cheese and a little Italian dressing to the leftovers which was also good. Thanks for sharing. Made for Healthy Choices Tag.
