- 1 small shallot
- 59.14 ml fresh parsley leaves
- 453.59 g ground beef
- 453.59 g ground pork
- 2 large eggs
- 14.79 ml garlic powder
- 236.59 ml parmesan cheese

directions
- Prepare the meat balls. Place breadcrumbs in a large bowl. Add milk to moisten set aside.
- Combine shallot and parsley in a food processor. Pulse mixture in finely chopped add breadcrumbs, along with beef, pork eggs, garlic power, and cheese season with salt + pepper using your hands mix well until well combine light coat hand with olive oil roll meat mixture into 1 -inch ball.
- Cook meat balls in tomato sauce for 15 minutes.
