These are my momacita's meatballs that I find quite yummy! This is best made in conjunction with a gravy I cook the meatballs in the sauce while it's simmering. It really captures the flavor of the spices the gravy provides! Enjoy!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs (about 1 cup or less)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (eyeball it, about a teaspoon)
  • 1 teaspoon christopher's crushed garlic (eyeball it, about a teaspoon)
  • salt & pepper


  1. With your ground chuck, you'll want to add in the ingredients at once and blend with your hands. Eyeball the breadcrumbs and add more along the way as you see fit to form a good solid meatball.
