Great meatballs and very easy to make. I made this as written and using an ice cream scoop to make the balls, I got 16 meatballs. I made a tomato/spaghetti sauce and serven them over pasta along with a salad and garlic bread for a great Sunday dinner. Thanks for sharing your recipe. What great meatballs! They went perfect in my spaghetti! I think they would be just fine on their own too...no need to cover them up in sauce. This will be a regular "go-to" recipe for me from now on! Thanks so much for posting! Made for Football Pool 2008 :)
Delicious! Full of flavor and so moist and tender! I baked mine at 400Â° for 30 minutes and served them in spaghetti sauce. The recipe makes a lot so I was able to use half for dinner and freeze the other half. Thanks for posting this yummy meatball recipe!
These meatballs have great flavor and are easy to make. I baked mine in the oven at 375 degrees F for about 25 minutes, turning once to get browned nicely on all sides. Made for Football Pool. Congrats on your win School Chef!
