- 1 lb ground beef
- 1⁄2 red onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 egg
- 3 cups Italian style breadcrumbs
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Ragu tomato sauce
- 24 ounces Ragu tomato sauce
- 6 hamburger buns
directions
- Combine beef, onion, garlic, egg, bread crumbs, 1 cup of sauce OR ketchup and thourougly blend them all together.
- make patties.
- heat up the sauce.
- fry the patties in the pan or try broiling them for a different texture.
- toast the buns.
- put the patty on the bun.
- pour on some sauce and serve with your favorite side dish.
