Italian Green Beans

"This recipe was given to me by my Aunt. I love these green beans, boiled, then cooked with tomatoes, oregano, olive oil, garlic and parmesan cheese, and bacon, which it tastes good without the bacon as well."

  • Boil water on stove, when almost to boiling stage, put frozen green beans in pot, let boil about 20 minutes,or until tender, drain green beans.
  • Put the green beans back in pot onto the stove on medium heat.
  • Chop Tomato.
  • put all ingredients in the pot and stir well to coat the green beans. cook about 10 minute
  • sprinkle a little more parmesan cheese on top green beans when serving. Enjoy!
