For this Easter holidays we prepare Frost Dove, because in Italy “Dove Cake” (la Colomba) is a special traditional dish. In this case we don’t prepare cake but cookies.
- Peel scratched lemon, put all together and when you have an uniform dough put in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Than you can lay down your dough, doing cookies with an apposit cutter, and cooked for 20 minutes at 180°.
- For the frosting, we use powdered sugar and water, and than we put almond scale or granule sugar.
