I do like tart and this filled the bill. It was actually a bit too tart for me so I added 2 tsp of sugar. Sure can't beat it for calories and fat content!!

Great fresh tasting dressing that is quite strong but terrific when used sparingly. I reduced quantities to make just what I needed, gave it a good shake in the final serving container and popped in the fridge a little while before serving. So simple!
