I keep several flavors of Torani's syrups (sugar-free) on hand for my coffee, but had never had an Italian soda made with them, and now that I have, I will more often! Really refreshing. I used fat-free half and half, so it was even lighter. I used 1 oz of orange and 1 oz of coconut mixed. Thanks for posting this keeper! Made for ZWT 7.

Love this quick and tasty drink...I too keep Italian sugar-free syrups on hand but had never used the raspberry until now...so delicious! I made this for ZWT #7 and it was very tasty!!!

O yeah! Easy & yummy. I used sugar-free Italian Raspberry Syrup, so it wasn't even as calorific as it could have been. DH said, "wow!" Made for ZWT7, Count Dracula and his Hot Bites team

WOW! I've had Italian soda only a few times and had no idea how easy it is to make at home! Now that I know, I'll be making it often. So far I've made coconut, hazelnut, caramel, and Irish cream! (The syrups we have on hand for DD and DH"s coffees). Next time I shop I'll be buying more flavors. It's pure heaven with heavy cream that I had to use up, but also great with fat-free half-and-half, which I always have in the fridge. Great recip, I'll be sipping these all summer! This is without a doubt the best drink I have made this year to date. Wow, what flavor, words can't describe how good this was. I enjoyed it very much and will be for years to come. I'm going out to buy more syrups. This was such a surprise, I didn't know what to expect, but it certainly wasn't this masterpeice. Terrific flavor, great fizz, all and all a very memorable drink. I used Macadamian Syrup for my treat that I made for ZWT7 (Witchin Kitchen)

Made this for the Italian part of ZWT 2011 and so lucky I did. I've never had anything like this before and it was fast, easy and yummy. I used carmel syrup and it made for a great afternoon treat. I took a photo but it came out so blurry couldn't use it so will just have to make it again so I can get a better one.
