This was excellent!! I used 1/2 a bottle of store-brand Italian dressing. My chicken was partially frozen when I put it in at 11:30. I cooked it on low for 2 hrs, then hi for 2 hrs then low again 1 hr. Then I shredded it, put it back it the crock-pot and turned it to the warm setting until I could finish the rest of supper. It was so juicy and delicious. I was going to take a picture, but couldn't find my camera anywhere, and no one wanted to wait for me to look for it :( Next time I make it I'll be sure to post a picture. Thanks for the great (and super easy!) recipe.
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 cup Italian dressing, more if desired. (I use Wishbone Robusto Italian)
