ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb ground beef
- 1⁄2 lb ground hot Italian sausage
- 2 ounces butter
- 4 hamburger buns
- to taste garlic powder
- 4 ounces ragu Italian sauce or 4 ounces marinara sauce
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese or 4 slices provolone cheese
directions
- mix beef and sausage.
- preheat oven to 350 degrees
- make patties.
- lightly grease baking pan.
- mix butter and garlic powder.
- cook patties.
- spread butter mixture on buns.
- place buns open faced on baking pan.
- bake for 10 minutes.
- spread ragu on buns
- place burgers on buns.
- place cheese on bugers.
- serve and enjoy!
