Serve on toast or as a dip with veggies.
- 200 g gorgonzola
- 100 g ricotta cheese
- 50 g mascarpone
- 1⁄2 onion, chopped
- 50 g hazelnuts, chopped (optional)
- Mix all ingredients together until you get a smooth mix.
- Serve on toast or as a dip, at room temperature.
I halved this recipe and served as a snack with crudites and crackers. It was good, but needed a little something....
