I cooked it in the crockpot overnight and it was amazing. This is such an easy recipe to make.

Everyone in my family enjoys this one. I make it as directed except I use pepperoncini pepper rings so I don't have to deal with the stems.

I made this for dinner last week and loved it. It smelled great. The only thing I changed was to throw it in the crockpot. Thanks for the great recipe Lexuslady!!

I cooked my roast in the oven and it turned out delicious. I did have to add more liquid, as mine got dry and tried to scorch after about 2 1/2 hours. The house smelled wonderful while it was cooking....I could hardly wait for it to be done so I could eat! Thanks for sharing! Made for Zaar Chef Alphabet Soup tag game.

Yum! I didn't have a package of Italian salad dressing mix for my usual Italian beef recipe, so I thought I'd try this one. I used Guinness beer and cooked it in the crock pot for 6 hours. It was amazing! You couldn't taste the beer, and the banana peppers were sweet and tangy. Thanks for sharing!

This made an excellent meal, with decent leftovers that made great sandwiches. I also used the jarred pepperocini, and recommend doing it that way for convenience, the taste was absolutely fine.

I used a package of good seasons italian dressing for the spices. I also only used 1/4 of a jar of pepperoncini peppers and it was nicely spicey without being painful. This was very flavorful and served it on french bread with cheese.
