This is a tasty summer dish that we love to have with grilled corn on the cob.
- 3 -4 lbs chicken
- 1 (8 ounce) bottle fat-free Italian salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1⁄4 cup white wine
- Place chicken in a large shallow dish.
- Combine salad dressing, mustard, and wine in a small bowl; pour over chicken.
- Cover dish with plastic wrap. Refrigerate and marinate at least 2 hours or overnight. Grill on BBQ pit.
