- 354.88 ml carrots, cooked and diced
- 236.59 ml peas, cooked
- 59.14 ml chopped red onion
- 1 dill pickle, diced
- 44.37 ml chopped parsley
- 177.44 ml mayonnaise
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 1 kirby cucumber, peeled and diced
- salt and pepper
directions
- Boil potatoes. Simmer 25 minutes. Peel and dice.
- Combine with remaining ingredients.
