• Ingredients: 7
• Serves: 1

ingredients

• 1 ounce lemon juice
• 1 ounce pineapple juice
• 1 ounce orange juice
• 1⁄2 ounce simple syrup
• 1 ounce dark rum
• 1⁄2 ounce white rum
• 1⁄2 ounce cherry heering

directions

1. Mix all, shake, serve in a 12oz glass with crushed ice.
2. Serve with cherry and orange slice (optional).

4 Stars, fruity, fine, but didn't knock my socks off, although DH dressed up for the drink. I recommend that the ingredients specify how much crushed ice is needed and list the optional cherry and orange slice. I think I would prefer to shake the ingredients in cracked ice in a cocktail shaker, and strain while pouring so it would not dilute more. This could be a dangerous drink, as I finished my half, and "believed" I could handle more; that brings back old memories! Thanks Ed & Theresa for posting. Made for Pick-A-Chef Fall 2008.

"Don't worry 'bout a thing! Every little thing gonna be all right!" My Dh is currently singing this song and dancing around our kitchen. This drink gets my bartender stamp of approval (12 years experience talking here) and the DH's seranade! Well done Ed&Theresa! I used grenadine instead of the cherry heering.
