  • 2 cups frozen strawberries, slightly thawed
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 12 cup fresh pineapple juice or 12 cup canned pineapple juice

Directions

  1. place strawberries,banana and pineapple juice into a blendar or food processor.
  2. bblend on low speed until drink is smooth.
