  1. Combine all ingredients, except the almonds.
  2. Refrigerate until firm.
  3. Shape into ball and roll in the chopped almonds.
  4. Serve with crackers.

Yummy! I didn't have any coconut, so I added a little more pineapple and raisins. Instead of almonds (didn't have those either), I studded the cheeseball with red seedless grape halves. It was beautiful and tasted wonderful. My whole family enjoyed it. Next time, I might add some powdered sugar to sweeten it up a bit. Thanks for the recipe!
