A refreshing summer cocktail served in a tall glass.
- 1 1⁄2 ounces malibu coconut
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1⁄2 ounce cranberry juice
- 1 ounce hiram walker peach schnapps
- Shake and serve over ice. Garnish with a fresh peach slice.
This was delicious. Everythng blended so well together, but the peach schnapps in particular really brought this cocktail to a nice level. Thanks for sharing your recipe, straightupspirits. Made for Fall 2011 Pick-A-Chef.
