      Not bad, but not one I'd make again. Too salty for my tastes, even when using lower-sodium soy sauce.

      This was delicious!! Did cook the burgers on my George Foreman grill though!! And did use a bit more onion!! Thanks Sue! :)

      GreaT RECIPE. I used ground pork insted of beef, and I think Beef would taste better because beef has more flavour. but overall very good!!

      I made these for dinner tonight and my family gave them 5 stars. They are definitely on the "make-again" list. I followed the recipe exactly as written.

      Outstanding! The burgers were very moist, juicy and tasty. Anything from Kobayashi's cookbook is easy and delicious. I have made many dishes from her "Easy Japanese Cookbook"(one of my favorite Japanese cookbooks).
