Make and share this Irma's Carrot Raisin Salad recipe from Food.com.
- 2 cups carrots, grated
- 1⁄2 cup raisins
- 1⁄2 cup crushed pineapple
- 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise substitute (Miracle Whip)
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar (white)
- Combine carrots, raisins, pineapple in bowl.
- In separate bowl mix Miracle Whip, vinegar and sugar.
- Pour over carrot mixture and toss.
