Fans of dreamy Irish cream liqueur will love this slightly boozy coffee with a gentle hint of spice.
- 1⁄4 cup espresso coffee
- 1⁄4 cup irish cream, whisky liqueur
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 cup hot milk
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch grated nutmeg
- Make the espresso and pour in the liqueur. Stir in the sugar.
- Pour in the hot milk, sprinkle over the ground spices and serve at once.
