This is a great, yummy plain soda bread! It has the perfect texture with a soft centre and a lovely crunchy crust! The taste is nutty and really good for slathering it with butter. On its own its a little too floury for my taste. Maybe adding some raisins could help that... I scaled the recipe back to one serving, baking it for 25 minutes and it turned out fab!
