MMMM! Yummy! This was very very nice. The directions were perfect and the timing was right on the money. Our salmon came out perfect. We really enjoy salmon with a hint of sweet. Nice time I might even try addinga little extra honey though it is awesome as is. Fantastic! Thanks Leslie for an awesome top quality meal! zwt 3

This fish is delish! (to quote my dh). Moist & tasty and a good way to use Irish Whiskey. Thanks for the post.

I'm not used to having rum in my recipes, but this worked out really well. All the ingredients added pizzazz to this recipe, and I liked it. I may have used a little more of the lemon zest than written in the recipe, I tend to eyeball the measurements and I think in this case it had an affect on the recipe.

To use a good Irish Whiskey in the recipe is no waste, it will turn this salmon recipe into something very special. I was surprised that the whiskey add so much flavour to the salmon. The making is very easy, I followed the recipe as described here without any changes. The salmon was tender and full of the different flavours and as already mentioned with some delicate whiskey notes. I like my salmon more on the raw side. So I grilled it only for 5 minutes. For me this was long enough. Great Thanks for sharing.
