The Irish ice cream float for grown-ups! Posted in the July 2007 edition of Raley's Something Extra magazine.
- 1⁄4 cup irish beer, such as Smithwick's or 1⁄4 cup Guinness stout
- 1⁄4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1⁄4 cup milk or 1⁄4 cup fat-free half-and-half
- 1⁄2 cup ben and jerry's dublin mudslide ice cream
- Stir together liquid ingredients in an 8oz glass, then top with a scoop (about 1/2 cup) of ice cream. Serve with a spoon or straw.
