A dry make-your-own version!
- 3⁄4 cup non-dairy coffee creamer
- 1⁄2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cocoa
- 3⁄4 cup confectioners' sugar
- Mix well and store in airtight container.
Sorry this didn't work very well for me. The flavor was perfect, but I ended up with a paste. I ended up adding some water and making liquid creamer. I hadn't read all of the reviews and now know to put the extracts in SLOWLY while using a blender or mini-processor, but I think this should have been part of the instructions. Made for Winter 2010 Comfort Cafe game.
Wow. I made one serving to see how it would work out using splenda and fat free french vanilla coffee-mate and its great! This will definitely be one of the recipe presents I hand out this coming holiday! I didn't add the vanilla extract because of the vanilla creamer I used and I added the almond extract strait to my cup.
Made for the Comfort Cafe Event. I sl o o o o wly added the extracts and this turned out very well...I don't think it will last long though!LOL Very nice flavour.
