My Grandfather has made this for years.. He could not remember where the recipe came from...than again that was after a pint...... This is goes good with a hot cup of coffee.
- 1 cup very strong black coffee (cooled)
- 1 pint Irish whiskey
- 6 beaten eggs
- 4 tablespoons hershey chocolate. syrup
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 2 cans Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
- 3 pints half-and-half
- Add all ingredients into blender.
- Mix until well blended.
- Refrigerate and enjoy.
