I live on coffee, and I live for dessert. Irish coffee is the answer to my prayers.
- 1 ounce Irish whiskey (I suggest Bushmills Malt 10-year)
- 1⁄2 ounce Kahlua
- 10 ounces coffee, hot
- whipped cream
- creme de menthe
- Pour whiskey then Kahlua into tall coffee mug.
- Top with whipped cream.
- Garnish with drizzled crème de menthe.
