What a wonderful stew for St. Patrick's Day! We thoroughly enjoyed it served with a warm slice of fresh beer bread. I did add 1 tsp. of thyme, 2 bay leaves, a sprinkle of hot pepper, and a can of cut green beans. Was done in 6 hours. My husband loved it and said, "How is this different from the stew you usually make?" My response, "It was a whole lot easier to make!" Bye bye old stew, Hello Irish Beew Stew! Thanks a ton, Recipenut!

This was a nice stew, simple to make, I like that I didn't have to brown the meat. I cut the recipe in half and it was great for my husband and I. Will definitely make again soon.

Really Great I added some roasted red peppers and a little crused red pepper for some zing. Really Great looking forward to adding it into regular rotation!!

This was easy to prepare and wonderful to come home to a delicious hot meal after a long day of work. I especially like that the prep work was very non-existant. I used baby carrots and potatoes to save prep time. Thanks Recipenut.
