Real baileys from an Irish person.
- 6 ounces sugar
- 5 ounces hot water
- 12 ounces whiskey (poitin if you can get it)
- 28 ounces evaporated milk
- 50 ml cocoa
- Dissolve the sugar with the hot water.
- Leave to cool.
- Add the whiskey then leave until cold.
- Mix the evaporated milk with the cocoa.
- add to the cold mixture.
- Ready to drink immediately.
