  1. In a bowl, combine ingredients, except chops, until well mixed. Cut a slit in the side of chop and stuff with mixture.
  2. Combine basting sauce ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. In frying pan, brown stuffed chops, then bake at 350* oven for about one hour, basting chops often with sauce.

I'm not sure how many stars to give this recipe.because I did do something different. I will definately try this again following the recipe exactly. Either way I think it is a good recipe. I followed the recipe exactly for the dressing. It was really good. I had extra left over, so I added a little more liquid and baked it separately. For the basting sauce: I did not have honey (I thought I did) so I used corn syrup. I also added 1/4 cup Mango Chutney. The chops were very tasty, but because I turned them over once in the baking process, the glaze got really crispy on one side. My husband really liked this. Thanks for the recipe. Toni in Colorado
