I was totally unimpressed with these until I put them in the fridge overnight. At room temperature, they're mediocre. Chilled, they are dense and fabulous!

Very rich and chocolaty! We loved it. I only added 1/4 cup of miniature chocolate chips in the batter and it was just right amount. I served warm with vanilla ice cream. It was like heaven. I will make it again.

This is the most amazing brownie recipe - which is truly made in 10 minutes - or less!!! With one pot! I always sprinkle chocolate chips on top - which add to moisness and make it all chocolatly and gooey!

Came out great as is... but five words. Two tablespoons of instant coffee. Mix it in with the cocoa, put a warm brownie in a bowl, ice cream on top and it will make you want to slap yo' mamma!

These must be pretty good because my three year old has devoured three. I used Hershey's Dark Cocoa and I also added a good splash of hot coffee to loosen the batter. I made them in a 9" pan which made them pretty thin. I think they taste okay, but not the BEST out there. Thanks for a simple recipe. Oh, and they did bake in about 18 mins, so set your timer.

Wow! These brownies were by far the easiest and tastiest home-made brownies I have ever baked. No adjustments were necessary. One cautionary note: don't taste the batter...you might not end up with any brownies. Yum!
