A great all-purpose frosting. It's super easy to adjust the flavor just by using a different flavor of pudding. From my friend's mom, Joanne Olesko

Directions

  1. Beat butter, shortening, sugar, and vanilla until creamy, about 15 minutes.
  2. Halfway through beating that mixture, start making the instant pudding (using 1 cup of milk), and let set for 5 minutes.
  3. Combine the two mixtures and beat for 10 minutes until light & fluffy.
