    • 1/2 cup quick oats (or more)

    • 1 teaspoon sugar (or more)
    • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 2 tablespoons chopped dried apples

    SWEETENED OATMEAL

    • 1 teaspoon sugar (or more, or sugar substitute)

    CINNAMON-SPICE OATMEAL

    OATMEAL with BROWN SUGAR and RAISINS

    Directions:

      Put oatmeal into bag.

      Add a dash of salt if desired.

      Empty packet into a microwave safe bowl.

      Stir in 1 cup water or milk.

      Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes; stir before serving.
